STALL BOOKING NOTES
COVID19: There are no restrictions currently in place, but be aware that you will be expected to comply with any restrictions in place at the time of event.

We always try to meet your requirements but this may not always be possible due to circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse entry for unsuitable goods not within the spirit of the autojumble. No household items.

ELK Promotions reserve the right to cancel or alter any event subject to circumstances. If the event is cancelled or if you are unable to attend your booking will be carried forward to our next event or you can request a refund if we are notified within 48 hours of the event.

Unless we are previously advised, your stall may be re-let if you do not attend by 8:30am.

Stallholders are expected to remain on site until 14:30. NO VEHICLE MOVEMENTS WHILST THE PUBLIC ARE ON SITE. This is for health & safety reasons and also our exit gate is narrow and not suited to two-way traffic, and is in the interests of the event. In the event of poor weather etc, this is flexible and changes will be announced on the day, please contact us if you have a problem with this.

If you are selling new goods, such as tools or consumables, or new motorcycle clothing, including helmets, boots and gloves, you must book a trade stand - contact us for details. Traders selling new motorcycle clothing, including helmets, boots and gloves, must ensure that it complies with current PPE legislation and all required labelling is intact and displayed. This applies to ALL new motorcycle clothing offered for sale at this event and is the responsibility of the trader.

Please note: All event promotional materials must be approved in advance. Usually, this will only need to be done once - it's quick and easy - and will be valid for all our shows that season. Please ask us before any changes or new materials are introduced.
General Site Details:

Camp on your pitch or you can book onsite accommodation in the Rank Lodge on the night preceding the event - must be pre-booked. More accommodation details here.

Site gates are locked at 11pm, and there will be overnight security. Toilets and showers are available all night.

Site access is from 1pm, and set up time is generally from 4pm to 8pm on Saturday, and from 6:30am on Sunday; check joining instructions to confirm times.

Note Earlybird visitors are admitted from 08:00.

Each stall pass admits one vehicle and two people.

Please take your rubbish home with you. You may be surcharged if rubbish is left.
