Would you like to enter your bike to be displayed and judged at one of our shows? To book in, please complete the form below.

Each accepted machine will receive an eTicket that will give free entry for ONE person.

This will be emailed to you one week before the date of the event. You will receive a confirmation email prior to this. Check your junk mail folder if you cannot see your tickets.

If you need another pass for a helper contact us.

Do remember that if you enter your bike then you are expected to be available for the prize-giving at 14:30, if you cannot stay until then, then please don't book in.

Take a print-out of your e-Ticket or your phone/tablet to be scanned on the gate on arrival.

If you do not have a smartphone and cannot print a ticket, then you will be on the list of booked exhibitors on the morning.

CLUB STANDS: If your club would like a free club stand at ANY of our events get in touch and book in using the form below - don't forget to include your Club Name! Free passes will be sent to your email address.

Pre-1990 machines can be entered for free to the Ashford events.

Pre-1980 machines at Ardingly March and October.

No age restriction on machines at the July Ardingly Show, but post-2000 are expected to be of interest; please supply a photo if unsure to showmybike@elk-promotions.co.uk

Note that all our Romney Marsh events feature a Ride-In show; no need to book, just arrive and pay your entrance fee. Prize-giving at 1:30pm, with 2 cash prizes on offer.

CONDITIONS
INDEMNITY. I confirm that myself & my vehicle are licensed as appropriate and covered for off-road third party risks during my attendance, and I will comply with the Road Traffic Act. I agree that I shall be responsible for and I shall indemnify the organisers, their marshals and employees (‘the organisers’) in respect of any claims made against the organisers by any person for death, personal injury, loss of or damage to property caused by me or as a result of my neglect.
I agree to abide by all instructions given by the organisers or any marshals in connection with the operation of and my participation in the event. I will make every effort to attend the prize-giving, to be held around 2.30pm
Your pass entitles you to free entry for yourself only when exhibiting your machine. If you have booked & cannot attend, please let us know. If you can't stay for the prize-giving @ 14:30 then please don't book in!
Your data is stored to enable us to administer these events & to advise you of our future events.
We want to ensure the best possible experiences for our visitors. All event promotional materials must be approved in advance. Usually, this will only need to be done once - it's quick and easy - and will be valid for all our shows that season. Please ask us before any changes or new materials are introduced.
