Romney Marsh: June Classic Show Results

We had a great entry of bikes for the Ride-In show last month at Hamstreet, and good support from the BSA Owners Club, Triumph Owners Club Medway branch and The Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club (VJMC). The well-deserved winner of the Best Classic Bike was Ron Hyder, with his extremely rare 500cc 1937 Koehler-Escoffier. Ron, from Norfolk, was kind enough to donate his £25 prize-money to the Kent, Sussex and Surrey branch of the Air Ambulance https://www.aakss.org.uk/ . The stunning Koehler-Escoffier has recently been on display at Harrods of Knightsbridge, the shop where you can buy anything, but not this stunning machine. Winner of the post classic prize was Matthew Hazle, with his 900 Kawasaki Z1. Best club stand was awarded to The Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club (VJMC) Kent branch, and club organiser
